Discord/Slack communication: Communication with the team will be done solely through Discord or Slack, not email or phone calls (unless specified).
Payments
No cancellation policy: Once you agree to these terms and times are set to start the project, you cannot cancel it.
No refund policy: There are no refunds offered, regardless of the project's outcome.
Phone call charges: Phone calls outside of our weekly sprints are not included in the base price. They are an additional cost of $70 per 10 minutes.
Approval Process
7-day feedback policy: You have 7 days to provide feedback on the work done. If you don't respond within 7 days, it will be considered approved.
