Cancellation Policy

While it's best to keep the momentum going once we start, there might be times when we need to hit pause or even cancel. As much as we regret to see it, these things happen - and we have to be real about it.

Reality hits us in two ways when either stakeholder decides to throw the towel in the ring. On one hand we now have an unfinished project and on the other hand we have stakeholders who cleared time in their schedule to make this project work, as well as any partners who are in the same predicament. Therefore it's good to state very clearly what the rules are:

Once you have paid for a Weekly Sprint and the dates are set, it can't be reversed. I work either by myself or with partners on this project and all scopes need to be aligned to make this work. We can postpone a Weekly Sprint, but only before the dates of the sprint are set.

We want to make it clear that we do not offer a money-back guarantee on weekly sprints that have the starting date set and agreed upon by all parties.
